I’m here to help you fall pregnant! That means addressing any underlying conditions such as hormonal issues, autoimmune conditions, fatigue and stress etc. If you’re undergoing assisted reproductive technologies (ART) I have so many options to optimise your reproductive (and overall health) as you move through this process.
I utilise nutritional and herbal medicines to support your journey to conception and if you are undergoing ART I will always be in contact with your fertility specialist to advise them of our treatment plan and prescriptions. Collaboration is the key to success.
So you’ve got that line on the pee stick, whoop whoop! Now I focus on identifying and addressing any health issues that may impact your pregnancy, the health of your growing baby and your birth choices. Often, getting pregnant is the goal and then you realise, it’s only just the beginning!
Some early pathology tests can assist in identifying any risk factors for complications during your pregnancy and postpartum period and I utilise nutritional and herbal medicine to mitigate these risks. Prevention is better than cure.
Wow, so you’ve got this tiny bundle of joy and you’re wondering ‘what now?!’ Don’t worry, I’ve got you. It’s so important to ensure you get the support you need to raise this little human. I am here to make sure you don’t end up with postpartum depletion further down the track, because let’s face it, the demands of a raising a baby doesn’t stop at 6 weeks!
